Unit 8: Recursive Functions

After the Create Task, all of the CSP curriculum framework has been addressed. Units 6–8 contain additional material that’s important to computer science, but some or all of these units may be covered after the AP exam.

In this unit, you will use recursion in reporters—blocks that report a value—to count the pieces of a fractal, convert numbers between bases, list the subsets of a set, build your own higher-order functions, and (optionally) explore Pascal’s Triangle and sorting algorithms.
